"On Hold" candidates are not assessed any further until their unusual or missing information is rectified.
When a candidate is put "On Hold":
- the candidate is emailed to notify them that their information is unusual or missing important details
- questionnaire administrators are emailed to notify them that a candidate's information is unusual or missing important details
- a fix issues button appears in the administration portal on the candidate's details page
Candidate notification email
The candidate notification email details the information that is missing or unusual and provides a token and link to rectify the issues.
The candidate needs to click the link in the email and use the token provided to access the web page used to rectify the missing or unusual information.
Questionnaire Administrator email
The questionnaire administrator notification email details the candidate's name, the information that is missing or unusual and a link to rectify the issues.
The questionnaire administrator needs to click the link in the email (and login if required) to access the web page used to rectify the missing or unusual information.
Fix Issues button
The fix issues button links to the same page as the link in the questionnaire administrator's notification email.
Reassessment
Once the issues have been rectified by the candidate or questionnaire administrator, the candidate is removed from the on hold state and reassessed automatically.
The candidate may be put back into "On Hold" if the information is assessed again as unusual or incomplete.
