Candidates will be put "On Hold" if the information they have provided is unusual or missing important details.
Unusual Information
PREMFA™ will put a candidate "On Hold" if the height or weight entered is unusually high or low.
Height measurements should be in cm and weight measurements in kg.
Missing Information
PREMFA™ will also put a candidate "On Hold" if the Doctor / Clinic information is not recognisable as a Doctor or Clinic.
Ensure the full name of the Doctor or Clinic is entered, i.e. "Dr John Watson" or "Perth Medical Clinic" and that a valid phone number is entered.
